A female in her seventies was wearing down the surfaces of upper front teeth due to an improper bite. She also wanted to improve the appearance of her smile. To correct her bite, Dr. Phillips did an “occlusal equilibration.” He then removed older, gold crowns and restored upper teeth with porcelain crowns and veneers, giving her an appealing smile that is now in correct alignment.
This female in her late thirties came to Dr. Phillips because of gum problems surrounding previously placed upper, front crowns. After gum treatment, new porcelain crowns were placed that were correctly fitted while also creating a more flattering smile.
This fifty-year-old female came to Dr. Phillips with several goals. She wanted to replace a missing tooth with a non-removable appliance, prevent further decay and enhance the appearance of her smile. Dr. Phillips began by bleaching her lower teeth and then used a fixed, porcelain bridge to replace the missing tooth. New porcelain crowns were placed on additional upper teeth, resulting in a smile she now loves to share!
Over the years, the fear of dentistry kept this male from the dental care he needed. By his mid-forties, it was obvious in his smile. Wanting to regain the smile he had in his teens, Dr. Phillips provided oral sedation to help him relax and restored upper front teeth for a more appealing smile.
A loose bridge was contributing to decay under existing crowns on this 57 year-old female. Dr. Phillips replaced the bridge on upper front teeth and used porcelain crowns to replaced several large, older fillings in upper back teeth, which resolved the decay issue. This completed her bright, new smile!
This 50-ish female executive was unhappy with the mixture of old crowns in her smile in varying lengths. In addition to replacing old crowns with porcelain crowns to even out her smile, bridgework in the back completed a smile with renewed confidence.
This female is in her 30’s and wanted to enhance the appearance of her smile. Eight porcelain veneers were placed on upper front teeth to give her a flattering smile with a natural look and feel.
Front teeth that were dark and crumbling were causing this 70-ish female to avoid smiling. By placing porcelain crowns on her upper four teeth, she now has a more youthful smile she loves to share!
Due to periodontal disease, this female was losing teeth. After restoring her gums to a healthy state, all upper teeth were replaced with porcelain fused to gold crowns and bridges, giving her a durable smile that looks great.
This professional male never smiled due to teeth that were severely worn from bruxing (grinding upper and lower teeth together). Because he typically experienced a high level of anxiety during dental visits, oral sedation was used during treatment that included the front six, upper and lower teeth most visible in his smile. Not only has he overcome his dental fears, he now smiles often!
